Products sold by Lync include the manufacturer’s warranty, typically 12 months, alongside your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If something develops a fault within its warranty period, contact us with your order reference and a description of the issue. We’ll repair, replace or refund as appropriate.
