Lync
Privacy Policy
We collect only what’s needed to run your account and fulfil your orders: your name, email, delivery and billing addresses, and order history. Payments are processed by Stripe — Lync never sees or stores your card details.
Marketing email is strictly opt-in (double opt-in for the newsletter) and separate from transactional email. We don’t sell personal data, and optional analytics or tracking loads only after consent. Separately, we keep a first-party record of which marketing source or campaign led to a completed order — for example, which search result or ad link — used only for our own sales reporting, never sold or shared with advertisers.
Where you’ve given Marketing consent, we also share a securely hashed version of your email address (never sent in plain text) with Meta for a completed order, together with the order value and, where available, identifiers your browser already holds from Meta’s own cookies — so we can measure the performance of our Facebook and Instagram advertising. This uses Meta’s Conversions API, only ever runs for orders placed with Marketing consent granted, and is limited to what’s needed for that measurement.
You can export your data or request account deletion at any time from Account → Privacy. Order records are retained where legally required (for example, tax law), with personal data minimised on deletion.
To exercise any data right, contact us via the contact page.
